Base Mat MB-300 Aluminum Hinge Recessed Mats combine aluminum hinge connectors with vinyl/acrylic treads and a variety of insert strips. This design allows dirt and moisture to fall beneath the mat so as to maintain maximum slip-resistance and dirt removal. The BaseMat MB-300 is made for high-traffic, commercial applications yet lighter in weight than traditional all-aluminum mats. This metal mat can be used as either a surface-mounted mat or a recessed (inlaid) mat.
• Tread rails are constructed of 6063-T52 aluminum, spaced 2 inches on center and connected with a size retentive aluminum hinge with 1" x 3/16" slotted holes for improved drainage.
• Inserts are available in two types of carpet carpet, ribbed vinyl, abrasive grit and serrated aluminum. Replacement strips are also available.
• These metal mats roll back and can easily removed for easy recess cleaning.
• Can accommodate recess depths between 3/8" and 7/16".
• 300 lbs rolling load weight per wheel.
