Grit Strip Metal Stair Treads are designed for the modernization and restoration of all types of stairs, while also providing excellent anti-slip protection on concrete, wood and metal stairways, especially in wet conditions. Grit Strip Metal Stair Treads provide a fast and economical alternative to removal and reconstruction of a stairway.
• These high-strength metal stair treads offer unmatched slip resistance, unsurpassed durability and an eye-catching design and are ideal for use in the most heavily used indoor and outdoor stairways.
• Diamond hard, aluminum oxide abrasives are combined with polymeric binders and bonded to heat-treated aluminum to form the most rugged indoor/outdoor metal stair treads.
• Available in one or two contrasting colors per tread.

Treads can be supplied with two countersunk holes every 12" for screwdown installation, or without holes for installation with Neoprene Contact Cement.
NOTE: Use our leveling compound to fill worn steps before installing these Grit Strip aluminum stair treads. When using near wood finish, specify that the metal tread surface be sealed at the factory. Also, note that there is a 5-tread minimum for 96"+ wide treads.
