Re-Energize Rubber Gym Tiles are oversized, 3' x 3' interlocking rubber tiles that are both heavy-duty and super comfortable: these gym tiles are made of 100% natural rubber and have compression wells on the underside to provide unparallel anti-fatigue properties while also protecting floors and the people who work out on them.
Each tile is 3' x 3' and 5/8" thick.
Attachable beveled edge pieces provide a more gradual transition on and off these rubber tiles, especially due to their 5/8" thick construction.
The flexible nature of these gym tiles makes them ideal for high intensity exercise programs and aerobic classes though they perform equally well in weight areas.
Thanks to the multi-point interlocking nubs being hidden on the underside of each tile, no nubs are visible from above and the checkerboard surface pattern helps to provide a more visually pleasing appearance.
